Doc had the pleasure of surprising a special groom, Daniel, on his wedding day. We were contacted by his soon to be wife, Melissa, many months ago who wanted to make it a special day for him. We showed up while they were outside preparing to leave for their Morro Bay beach side ceremony and came rolling up playing...of course ... "Power of Love" by Huey Lewis! December 29, 2014 SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA – Doc Brown’s Time Machine Rental is readying to debut its DeLorean Time Machine at a private unveiling event on January 3, 2015. Doc Brown’s Time Machine Rental will specialize in the rental of an authentic, screen accurate DeLorean Time Machine made popular by the iconic “Back To The Future” blockbuster film trilogy starring Michael J. Fox. According to Doc Brown’s spokesperson, Nicolette Muñoz, “With the unveiling and the official launch of the business, we’re very excited about being able to deliver the DeLorean Time Machine experience to the thousands of enthusiasts for their special events.” The company will specialize in hourly, daily, and multi-day rentals for special events such as corporate meetings, concerts, reunions, birthdays and weddings. “Besides the thrill of being able to ride in an actual DeLorean Time Machine, we have a wide array of accessories and add-ons to make the experience complete,” said Muñoz, “We have everything from the clock tower photo backdrop, to the a hover board prop, and even the official vintage “Back To The Future” pinball machine.” “A portion of all of our rentals will be donated to the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s Team Fox for Parkinson’s Research. We look forward to supporting the many worthy charities in San Luis Obispo County with complimentary or low cost rentals,” said Muñoz. Doc Brown’s Time Machine Rental has already committed to be a partner with the San Luis Obispo County Special Olympics “Back To The Future” Marathon to be scheduled early in 2015. The 1981 DeLorean Time Machine was built by Coulombe Enterprises in Oveido, Florida. The design is sanctioned and approved by creators of the “Back To The Future” film franchise. The DeLorean Time Machine comes complete with a flux capacitor, working time circuits and smoke and lighting effects.
