MLB Back to the Future Night

On October 24, 2015 we were invited by the Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, Arizona to come out to their "Back to the Future Night." This complex is a Major League Baseball training facility for the San Diego Padres and for the Seattle Mariners. The day started out at the Moon Saloon, which is a HUGE Chicago Cubs sports bar as the guests were treated to the DeLorean Time Machine parked in front for photo opportunities.

Later in the afternoon we were at the sports complex and were raising money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Guests got to take photos with Doc Brown and help raise money for a great cause.

Twitter invited Doc Brown's DeLorean Time Machine to be on hand for its 2015 mobile developers conference, #TwitterFlight, in San Francisco at the Bill Graham Civic Center on "Back To The Future Day." As you can see there was tons of excitement around the arrival and presence of the DeLorean Time Machine. Bring this type of excitement to your next corporate event.

Verizon and Lyft Use Doc Brown's DeLorean Time Machine for #WhyNotWednesday Promo in NYC

1980's hero Marty McFly travels to Oct. 21, 2015, in Back to the Future II, otherwise known as this Wednesday — and nobody is more excited than Lyft. In a partnership with Verizon Wireless, the ride-sharing service will be bringing a fleet of DeLorean DMC-12s to New York City to offer users free rides on Back to the Future day. Within the Lyft app, users can select "McFly Mode" for the chance to get a 20-minute ride in a DeLorean, but only between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lyft is reportedly shipping DeLoreans from around the country for a makeshift fleet, but it isn't announcing an exact number of cars, so they might be tough to book. - Wochit News

New San Luis Obispo Business, Doc Brown’s Time Machine Rental Set To Unveil Time Machine

SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA – Doc Brown’s Time Machine Rental is readying to debut its DeLorean Time Machine at a private unveiling event on January 3, 2015. Doc Brown’s Time Machine Rental will specialize in the rental of an authentic, screen accurate DeLorean Time Machine made popular by the iconic “Back To The Future” blockbuster film trilogy starring Michael J. Fox.

According to Doc Brown’s spokesperson, Nicolette Muñoz, “With the unveiling and the official launch of the business, we’re very excited about being able to deliver the DeLorean Time Machine experience to the thousands of enthusiasts for their special events.” The company will specialize in hourly, daily, and multi-day rentals for special events such as corporate meetings, concerts, reunions, birthdays and weddings.

“Besides the thrill of being able to ride in an actual DeLorean Time Machine, we have a wide array of accessories and add-ons to make the experience complete,” said Muñoz, “We have everything from the clock tower photo backdrop, to the a hover board prop, and even the official vintage “Back To The Future” pinball machine.”

“A portion of all of our rentals will be donated to the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s Team Fox for Parkinson’s Research. We look forward to supporting the many worthy charities in San Luis Obispo County with complimentary or low cost rentals,” said Muñoz. Doc Brown’s Time Machine Rental has already committed to be a partner with the San Luis Obispo County Special Olympics “Back To The Future” Marathon to be scheduled early in 2015.

The 1981 DeLorean Time Machine was built by Coulombe Enterprises in Oveido, Florida. The design is sanctioned and approved by creators of the “Back To The Future” film franchise. The DeLorean Time Machine comes complete with a flux capacitor, working time circuits and smoke and lighting effects. Doc Brown’s Time Machines are available for rental in California and the Western United States.
